Renew membership for 2012!

If you would like to renew your membership to SAUK, you can fill in the Member Update form (PDF 91KB) and send with a cheque to the SAUK office. Or fill in the Standing Order portion and pay automatically each year!

And don't forget to let us know if anything is new with your situation (i.e. surgery, treatments, or a change in pain levels) so we can ensure that we have the correct details on our database.
